EMPLOYEE CONFERENCE 2024

On March 11, 2024, Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company held a Labor Conference in 2024. At the Conference, the Company’s employees discussed additional solutions to carry out business tasks for the year. 2024 as follows: (2023 business results and 2024 implementation plan will be approved at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders)

Complete the business plan with the following targets:

Realized revenue: 264,131 billion VND.

Profit before tax: 203,333 billion VND.

Budget contribution: 48,066 billion VND.

Dividend ratio: 15%

Solutions implemented:

Effectively exploit utility services in Tam Phuoc Industrial Park.

– Perform well in providing services and subleasing existing land and infrastructure.

– Strengthen marketing, exploit rental space for market stalls and kiosks, work with potential units to lease remaining space in the commercial office area.

– Implement flexible financial solutions to meet sufficient capital for business and investment activities.

– Effectively manage investment capital in capital contributing units.

– Search for investment in new, feasible projects according to the Company’s strategic direction.

– Accelerate the completion of procedures for new land plots and projects such as: compensation for site clearance, land lease, and establishment of land allocation procedures for business exploitation.

– Research, survey, and consider capital investment in enterprises investing in industrial park infrastructure in the province and the Southeast region that still have land funds and have good development direction.

– Adjust the EIA (environmental license) of the industrial park, focus on environmental work, regularly monitor and closely monitor wastewater discharge sources of businesses.

– Implement investment procedures and infrastructure construction for the land area with adjusted planning, the 2.1 hectare land area according to the correct order and schedule while ensuring a reasonable balance of investment capital, avoiding passivity.

– Calculate appropriate plans for educational land and commercial land of the 18ha project to put into business, contributing to completing the remaining items of the project.

– Dredge the storm water and wastewater drainage system to ensure drainage.

– Carry out regular maintenance and repairs to increase the life of vehicles, machinery and equipment, assets, works, architectural objects, etc., with the focus being that in 2024, a comprehensive maintenance and repair will be carried out. Number of traffic routes in the industrial park

– Strengthen wastewater management and treatment to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

– Promote good relationships with existing customers and always show companionship with customers.

At the 2024 Labor Conference, the Employer Representative and the Company’s Trade Union Executive Committee signed the revised and supplemented Labor Agreement in 2024; Representatives of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam launched an emulation to successfully complete production and business tasks to celebrate major holidays of the year, responding to the campaign “Study and follow Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics, and style”.
